About us...

We are a highly experienced team and have grounding in the major skincare, make-up and fragrance companies. From niche brands to global players, we have had collective experience in Managing and working in all areas such as operations, support service, marketing strategies, training, public relations, wholesale and retail sales.

Our team is our strength and at Essencia we're proud of our team's background in creativity, customer service, marketing, retail, brand development and management, within the beauty industry.

The team is lead by the former General Manager of Darphin UK. Tracey Sargeant has previously worked with the following brands via a large multi-distributor: Versace fragrance and make up, Moschino, Dolce & Gabanna, Loewe, Bvlgari and Borghese and Cellex-C skincare brands.

Our other team members are experienced sales managers whom have previously worked with the key staff of Essencia prior to the company being established.

Tracey Sargeant was responsible for placing Borghese Skincare onto 22 cruise liners including the ultimate fleet being P&O in 1998. Tracey also took Darphin Skincare into Department stores within the UK.

Essencia Group was founded just over 7 years ago, by Tracey and David Sargeant. Our team consists of Essencia Group as main distributor, and two sub-distributors providing us with a National Distribution network. Our trainers also work as consultants within the Salon, Spa and Clinic sector, teaching advanced retail and management techniques.
